CAU’s Teachers and students Attended Summer Program in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, University of California, Davis
33 teachers and students from China Agricultural University went to the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, University of California, Davis to participate in a 12-day summer exchange program from August 5 to 17, 2019. The team consisted of 28 undergraduates, 1 graduate student and 4 teachers from College of Agriculture and College of Resources and Environmental Sciences. The program aimed to encourage students to take advantage of their majors, expand international vision, and improve their competitiveness in an all-round way.
Program Overview
This summer program helped participants to understand the cutting-edge development of the world’s agricultural resources and environment in the forms of course lecture and field survey, and adopted various activities, such as Q&A
and result presentation to comprehensively improve students’ leadership, communication skills and academic quality.
